you should change your manabase a bit: less lands in total which means: 4 Twilight Mire 7 Swamp 13 Forest something like that should do and you wouldn't have more then 60 cards that way

Tutors for Furnace of Rath would be an idea, but i don't know any good in red^^. Some landcontrol and artifact hate, some more goblins and some dragons could be possible. Definitely you need an alternative for your combo to win, because if you don't have, one counter you didn't expect and it takes much longer to win^^ Just try out what you think that would fit into this deck, if it works good, if not change it. The only real tip i can give you.
You will never need 40 lands in a mono red EDH. I think about 32 would be ok. And because you play only mountains Valakut could be fun, even if you don't play 40 lands^^
Really nice deck idea, i always like special decks, but this is even more special then the most decks i've ever seen. Impressed.
And what sense is there in posting illegal decks on a site where serious players want to show their serious decks?

Cut green, you don't need it because your knights are cheap enough. Instead you could play other white knights and Elspeth (both work great in a knight deck).
I really like that idea. Maybe I,ll try that in my Mill Deck, too.
Why 90 cards?
I tested it, yes. It's not my strongest deck, but it's fun playing it. I won several times really quick, but if it doesn't work, who cares? It's casual^^

Yeah, in Conflux are nice Cards, but I realized, that the Cards I meant are in Alara Reborn. In Conflux the card "Conflux" could be nice and some other of the multicolored Supporters. Maybe later I'll post a five-colored EDH how I would play it.
Well, this isn't EDH, you know. Only one Card with the same name except Basic Lands. You could try some Cards from Conflux to make all your Lands all Basic Land-types the same time. But at first make it Highlander-legal^^
