Replace Quest for the Gravelord with Bloodchief Ascension for added health gain. Replace two Ruthless Cullblades with two Guul Draz Assassins for more removal abilities. Replace one Go for the Throat with a Sanguine Bond to work with your health gain to damage the enemy. Replace Corrupt with Blood Tribute in order to combo kill with Sanguine Bond I think this should work pretty well. I have a vamp deck, too, so I know my way around these kinds of cards.

definately 4 x gatekeeper of malakir and go for 18 swamps and 4 x cabal coffers and get in a nirkana's revenent dude
The Nirkana Revenant is one of the best vamps in the game, not to mention one of Black's only mana ramp cards. That's a good suggestion.

Starting to put the deck together.... Would it work without the Cabal coffers? Long story short, I don't have them anymore thanks to a little brother who likes to play yugioh :P.
