Kambal falls in with Vito and a bunch of vamps. A bit of white is added for the two enchantments (Blind Obedience and Spirit Mantle), Call to the Feast, Kambal and the flashback ability of Unburial Rites. Nothing needs more than one white mana at a time, so that's provided by just the four Forsaken Sanctuaries (Diabolic Tutors and Sign in Bloods can help find one of them or anything else needed as necessary; they also justify using just one copy each of Kambal and Vito).
