Came up with the idea for this over the weekend. I've been a fan of tribal decks for a long time, so I'm always looking for interactions within a tribe. Goldfishing this deck has proven to be very aggressive, and Quicksmith Rebel supplies that last bit of damage you sometimes need in an aggressive build. I'm split on which card to use in Implement of Combustion's slot. Leave it Combustion, or replace it with Improvement? Either way, it's definitely a 1 drop Implement.
Play cheap creatures that get bonuses for artifacts and attack. Implement of Combustion and Inventor's Goggles both cost 1 mana, allowing you to turn on Inventor's Apprentice and Toolcraft Exemplar's power boost quite easily. They are also good targets for Quicksmith Rebel's ability, remember that equipment and Auras don't tap when a creature attacks, so you can tap the Goggles (with Quicksmith's ability) regardless of the equipped creature's orientation. Shock and Welding Sparks should help clear a path for the creatures to attack the opponent directly. Shock can also be used to hit the opponent for the last few points of damage.
