So, the idea was with Pandemonium out, you play Force of Savagery for 3 mana and deal 8 damage to a creature or player. Problem is, due to state based rules, etc, you don't get to deal damage. Not wanting to give up on the idea, I looked into other options, which lead to this. Thanks to ClockworkCopper for pointing out Phyrexian Soulgorger.Thanks to ~Nathan_A~ for the Cream of the Crop idea. I stole the idea from one of his decks. Sideboard is just other cards I considered.
Pandemonium + Phyrexian Soulgorger / Sheltering Ancient deals 8 / 5 damage to the opponent for {3} / {2}{R}.> Phyrexian Soulgorger and Sheltering Ancient where chosen both for their for mana to power ratio and because they can actually stick around for a turn to block, if need be. > Gaea's Blessing; Explore; and Elvish Visionary help draw into Pandemonium asap. Chose draw as there's no real tutor in colour. > Cream of the Crop digs 8 / 5 deep and sets up your next draw. > Wheel of Sun and Moon puts any card back on the bottom of the library. Digging with Cream of the Crop pushes the bottom card up higher. > Loaming Shaman shuffles back what Wheel of Sun and Moon didn't put on the bottom. > Gaea's Blessing also helps put the big creatures back into the deck. > Anger of the Gods gets rid of a lot of stuff, buying you time to set up.
