Tibalt is more like a flavor card in this deck in the sense that it isn't madness, but he also isn't just a space filler.More times than not you'll have more creatures on the field as yours continue to come back, so Mass Hysteria isn't going to hurt you too badly in most cases. Being able to continually sacrifice and bring back with haste is a huge part of this deck.

Mass hysteria could go against you as well. With creatures like Loxodon smiter and goyf hitting the field with that out, you could fall very far behind very quickly
