The red is only from Nivmagus Elemental, the Azorious Guildgates should be replaced with Hallowed Fountain so it can come into play untapped if needed to. This deck is budgeted so it won't win as many games as one would hope, but don't rule it out too soon, it does pack a punch.
I've been playing this deck for quite awhile and It works quite well. I'm able to beat some of my friend's modern decks, as well as many of the standard decks that we've built.With that said, there are a few combos that you will want to get off more than others, the one's that I love the most are targeting any of your heroic creatures with a spell and then exiling it with Nivmagus Elemental, giving counters to the heroic creatures and the two counters to Nivmagus. Hidden strings's cipher ability allows you to cast a copy, thus being able to target one creature and then exiling it, or you can allow it to go off and target two permanents.Phalanx Leader and Fabled Hero are your friends, if you can get those, preferably both, you can target both of those with, say, Triton Tactics (after you declare that you are attacking, thus they will untap) targetting both of those gives fabled hero 2 counters, thus 4 bonus damage from that one creature.Don't play too many creatures, as you run the risk of getting board wiped goes up much more if you have an imposing army of all of your creatures. Try to not play too many creatures, even if you have Phalanx Leader on the field, there's more to lose than to gain. Besides, you'll still be doing a lot of damage every turn even with 2-3 creatures.
