Okay, at first you must know that the more copies you run of a single spell, the higher the chance you will draw it multiple times, so you'll be able to get those counters on the ascension. I don't like the 3-of manaleak and 2-of into the roil you got there. You need to take Crush out of the mainboard and replace it with two copies of into the roil. Then I'd completely remove spell pierce to add one more preordain and See beyond... Finally i'd take out the Consecrated Sphinx and replace it with 1 more Gitaxian Probe and 2 more Call To Mind.
