Nice deck! I've always loved Karlov since his release and its cool to see an edh deck around him. Just a suggestion for another Budget EDH deck, a Uril the Mistalker deck would be cool. I would love to see what you could do with it :P
Thanks for the suggestions! Void Shatter is quite nice, haven't looked to into the new set so didn't see it but is really good. I agree, mana ramp seems to be slow so I will definitely add either or both Myriad Landscape/wayfarer's Bauble. interesting thought on Overwhelming Intellect, could be useful, I'll consider adding it, though I do have a bit of card draw already. Never have too much though lol

This deck is great! I play tested it and it work extremely well. I had about 5 48/48 creatures and lots of other high power and toughness creatures. Nice Deck!!!
Alright i did some changes, thanks for the pointer it should work better now great calls on the Dungrove Elder and Treefolk Harbinger :D.
Dragonmaster Outcast is a pretty nice looking card. I also like Terror (Tenth Edition).

Well I founds some lands and cards that would help with your mana problem. There are the vivid lands like vivid meadow and vivid march that enter the battlefield with charge counters that you can remove to add any one color to your mana pool. There is also the tri-color lands in alara reborn including savage lands and crumbling necropolis. There is also a nifty card called prismatic omen that makes all of your lands every land type! And lastly I found a card called Channel the Suns that adds every color of mana to your mana pool. So there are some suggestions for your rainbow deck, I hope it turns out great :D
Pauper is a game type I guess that is entirely made up of common cards.
Yeah that sounds good, I should just add some more expensive cards in the sideboard of all my budget decks :P. I will get to that.
Yeah I did but I want to keep the price as close to $30.00 as possible so I didn't put it in but it would be an amazing addition to the deck :D.
