With crystaline sliver you can't target your own slivers in play; magma sliver is useless with a crystaline sliver in play.

You should play primary green, 8 forests, 4 of each other color. Your playing a little mana short with only 20 lands. Put some land search in; Journey of Discovery, Explosive Vegitation, etc...

Claws of gix can replace your scepter. the deck could use some search library mechanics, fabricate is nice for this. Machinate is also good with artifact decks. If you threw in Seat of the Synod, that can lubricate the machinate. An alternative draw effect would be great as well. Such as future sight, or coiling oracle and flickerform, but the last one requires WG added...

Phantom Nishoba, Phantom Centaur, and a few other phantoms are great additions to a green white beat down deck. Especially with blanket +x/+x effects. Mirari's wake is awsome as well. Aura shards, sterling groves...

I recommend 2/5 mana land 3/5 everything else.

This is 24 mana lands 36 spells (creatures, etc...). It will give you a good draw of 2 lands usually. 20 lands and 44 spells is a bit heavy with spells. You'll get 1-2 lands drawn, maybe none as a high likelihood. Mulagins are not a good way to base a deck around.

60 cards. 24 lands. 36 spells. This gives you a good number to divide for the number of colors you want. and each is dividable by 4, the normal maximum limit on a specific card.

Should put some draw in your deck too.

Parallel thoughts is a good card for that.

Why Hibernation? Why not Evacuation or Echoing truth?

I had a dampen thought/brain freeze deck a while ago. Dampen thought is especially more useful to splice into arcane than to just cast. If you check out the unspeakable and the combo cards that build up to it, and brain freeze...

Extract is nice, but the bribery is a little pricey on mana. Traumatize should be played ASAP.

The 1st turn combo is a higher likely-hood.

In the old days... 3rd and 4th ed, I used to have a 20 lightning bolt 20 mountain deck. It stomped. But that also was when 40 card decks where the legal norm.

Sarcasm is lost on the faithless. The system doesn't allow for more multiples from different sets more than 4 times. Shock is just as good as lightning bolt.

Why 2 spitting slivers and 2 might slivers? First strike and double strike... Seems sloppy. You have no land diversion cards. I'd suggest getting rid of some of the nonbasic lands, going primary green, and putting in some crop rotations, explosive vegetations, harrows, one with nature, journey of discovery, etc... I'd focus on trample, double strike, +x/+x, and things that deal more damage as a primary means. Coat of arms and stir the pride are nice, but think about tribal unity as well.

It lacks consistency, you could replace a lot of creatures with a more efficient or more useful ones. Drop the ornithopters, clean up the creatures. Try getting some meatier creatures, trample... convoke and 'tooth and nail' are both wonderful cards.

Infinite land untap mechanic. Need at least 8 lands to pull off. 2 mountains and 2 forests and the rest can be what ever. Have an aggravated assault in play, play rude awakening with entwine, you can have infinite mana. Do something cool with it.

Designed around dealing with other infinite combo / lockdown style decks. Platinum Angles, Ivory Masks, etc...

Sub in the Dross Scorpions and Goblin Cannons for Disicple of the Vaults, Mind's Desire, and the Glacial Chasm for legal type play.
