Use ramping spells and artifacts such as dark ritual, and sol ring to play a Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and a Triskelion. Then play a disciple of the vault and remove all the 1 1 counters form Triskelion destroying it and dealing 5 damage to whatever you want. And because Triskelion now has undying you can do it all again.

Can't go wrong with grave pact, sheoldered the whispering one definately loves this deck and tormented thoughts and disciple of bolas could help situationally and keeps some more sac removal
