Chandra second ability makes each player discard his or her hand without beiing a target ability. Plus Megrim does not deal targeting damage. therefore not affected by leyline of sanctity.
Not as bad as I thought, just not great. Good way around leyline though

I like the deck. If you are using 4 "sign in blood", consider more "underworld dreams".
well underworld dreams is BBB so not the most common play for me its just there to spice up my burning inquiry.
