Deck Description

The deck only contains heroic creatures, and as a result a buff spell is never a dead drop unless there are no creatures on board. With lifegain available, mass hordes of creatures and card draw, this deck is very versatile and should do well in the current standard format.

How to Play

The deck's style is self-explanatory. Play creatures and cast spells targeting them.
Turn 1-s will often just be Akroan Crusaders, which is good as it helps you to spam the board early on, adding to Anax and Cymede/Phalanx Leader heroic triggers. Alternatively, Favored Hoplite can trade with most 1 drops reliably, and resist others while becoming bigger as the game progresses.
Turn 2 is a Phalanx Leader or a Setessan Battle Priest, alternatively a buff spell for your Akroan Crusader and Favored Hoplite. Setessan Battle Priest isn't nearly as bad as she looks. The same as an Omenspeaker in terms of stats, she can block Ash Zealot, Soldier of the Pantheon and an all majority of other two-drops.
For your three drop you'll want Anax and Cymede. These legends are just amazing, giving everything +1/+1 and trample, especially with multiple triggers in the same turn is just ridiculous, becoming a miniature Overrun on a first strike, vigilance body.
From this point the deck pretty much just plays itself.
Warriors' Lesson is used as card draw, Gods Willing can be used to swing in for big damage or protect your dudes and trigger heroic. Ranger's Guile is there to protect your guys along with Boros Charm which works wonders in this deck as aggro/midrange.
Warrior's Lesson, Coordinated Assault, Common Bond and Martial Glory act as heroic enablers for multiple targets. I know Common Bond might seem like a bit of a silly addition, but it is amazing in this deck, although an alternative could be to run Dauntless Onslaught.

The Setessan Battle Priest, Predator's Rapport and Chained to the Rocks are side boarded in against aggro match ups, which this deck can sometimes lose out to.
Chained to the Rocks also sees use against mono black devotion, given its lack of efficient enchantment removal.
The Pit Fight is in the sideboard purely for use against Blood Baron of Vizkopa, and the Glare of Heresy is used against white weenie builds.

Altogether, the deck runs fairly efficiently but really gets going at around turn 4 with an Anax and Cymede on board and at least two other creatures. It can survive wrath with Boros Charm, but often you shouldn't overextend with this deck unless you're certain to win.

This deck and its play style is being updated as often as possible, so I'll keep adding interesting tricks and tips as well as updates to the list,
