Howling Mine of course. Arcane Denial could be handy as well. Careful consideration, Compulsive Research are good for drawing. Maybe 1 or 2 Jace's Phantasm for cover.

Proesperity + Echo Mage with Jace's Erasure would be fun. A little dangerous though. Howling min is also good. Jace's Phantasm is almost mandatory in every mill deck, it's really a good addition. But overall, nice deck Dirtyd187! Good job~
I'm not too big on the phantasm I like fog bank better. once i get the counterspell isochron scepter combo going there will be nothing they can do anyway.
