ive seen this kind of deck b4.... im not a fan of it because i have several cards that say to destroy target card and all cards with the same name and its in my control deck (not yet posted)

Hm, I don't think the countermagic is necessary. I would up the Thrumming Stone count to four, cut the Islands / countermagic, and run Dark Ritual. That'll probably make your wins more consistent (as you don't have to worry about drawing the wrong lands).

Yup. Cut the blue, and if you REALLY want counterspells, use Dash Hopes. And if you're playing a deck with echo destroy (destroy target creature and all creatures with the same name), make SURE not to ripple all of your rats at once. Easy as that. Subtlety is the name of the game with a deck like this.

As said before, throw in some dark rituals. However, looks good if you are wanting to make this deck standard legal ( minus the Thrumming Stone).
