The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Deck built around Phylactery Lich. Its still in its early stages so opinions welcome.

Switch out the relics for something more useful imo. Darksteel Axe, probably. Still indestructible, cheap, and you can put Lich's phylactery on those if you want.. (just as easily as you could the Citadels). That would also buff your Lichs, or even your Darksteel Myr if you were so inclined. I like it though.. very similar to something I wanted to do.
Also.. just noticed, you have an awful lot of mana in here for a very low cost deck. Just overcompensating so you can hopefully pay for tutor as soon as possible?

I like the idea, agree with what nikoli was saying with the axe>signet although it's a great idea. I'd say make some more variety, different ways to deal with different things. Throw in a couple big artifact or black creatures. Maybe a bit more black control too. Plenty of deathspells maybe a dismember or something. Definitely some card draw, phyrexian arena or sign in blood.
I swapped out the relics for some axes and have taken out the ingots and a little mana for some sign in blood and darksteel juggernaut. Thank you for your input. :-)
You should think abour "return" spells. They are pretty nasty for Lich decks (I know, because i play Lich decks)
