Deck Description

I am building this deck for a friend on a budget and I'm new to building decks. He liked the sliver playstyle so I built it as I went and tried to avoid expensive cards.

How to Play

As soon as Commander hits the field play Root Sliver then (the one that gives shroud) then Sliver Hivelord. Then the creatures are unkillable and get Sliver Legion + Brood Sliver and start swing like no ones business.

Deck discussion for Slivers (suggestions Plz)

Not too bad. Just a few things:

Coalition Victory is banned in Commander.

Adding a way to sac a creature for two mana and giving all your creatures haste puts an infinite mana combo in your deck.

Chromatic Lantern may be better than Pulse of Llanowar, seeing as how you're only running 15 basics out of 41 total lands in your deck. I get you're trying to keep it under budget, but you already sprung for Sliver Legion, Queen, and Overlord. Lantern is cheap by comparison. ;)

Find a way to bounce Crystalline Sliver (which you said is your 2nd search w/Overlord), or else your Magma and Crypt Slivers are nearly useless.

Hope that helps.
