I like this deck and your creature selection quite a bit. Only suggestions I can give is that you need some type of removal spells. I think Oblivion Ring is your best option. I would cut 2 Crusade, 1 Raise the Alarm and 1 Captain of the Watch to run a set of oblivion rings. If you decide you like having 6 enchantments to pump up your guys I still suggest cutting crusade and putting in 2 honor of the Pure because it doesn't boost all white creatures which can hurt you up against another white deck. Swords to Plowshares wouldn't hurt either, I have a soldier deck and it runs really well for the most part. I even run Mother of Runes even though it's not a soldier, it's very helpful in keeping your soldiers alive.
