Theoretically if you can use the black mana ramp cards to pop off a turn one yawgmoth's bargain you can draw into maybe enough mana ramp to play cadaverous blossom allowing you too discard all the extra cards to play the pestilence, carnival of souls, sprouting phytohydra, and 2x leyline of vitality. Rare, but not as rare as you would think.
Since sprouting phytohydra only gets better the more 1 damage attacks you throw at it pestilence and it seem like a natural combo. To feed this carnival of souls will give you black mana to fuel pestilence. However, both pestilence and carnival of souls deal damage to you so before you kill yourself put out leyline of vitality so as more hydras come out the more life you get while getting mana.
