Deck Description

Infinite Mana / Draw Card Combo

How to Play

This deck is a bit intensive to play and to understand, but the basic idea is to play cheap effective draw card spells that you can bring back later and also generate massive amounts of mana in the process.

This is how it works:

Etherium Scultpor makes everything cheaper to play.
The Chromatic Stars / Spheres filter mana and draw cards.
Prophetic Prism filters mana and draws cards.
Elsewhere Flash filters mana and draws cards.
Ichor Wellspring draws cards AND can produce mana but I'll get to that in a bit.
Lotus Bloom generates a burst of mana.
Open the Vaults returns all artifacts and enchantments to the battlefield, starting the process over again.
You can use Krark-Clan Ironworks to sacrifice your artifacts to generate more mana while you are casting Open the Vaults.
Codex Shredder returns Open the Vaults / Faith's Reward if you have mana but nothing to play with it.
Conjurer's Bauble puts them back into your library and shuffle effects like Reshape help you to draw them again.

Basically if you draw cards and sacrifice artifacts while continuing to Open the Vaults then you will eventually have drawn through your entire deck with plenty of floating mana and you can cast an uncounterable Banefire or Emrakul for the win.

Sideboard Theory: (Please let me know if you have any suggestions, I feel like the sideboard needs work!)

Defense Grid: For vs control
Graffdigger's: Graveyard / Library shenanigans. (Living End, Genesis Wave etc)
Pithing Needle: Hopefully self-explanatory.
Torpor Orb: Kills ETB effects (Twin / Pod)
Erase: This card is important because Open the Vaults brings back all enchantments, so if I manage to destroy a 'Stony Silence' with a Disenchant then it would just come right back away, so it is important to exile the pesky enchantments. (Stony Silence, Leyline of Sanctity, Leyline of the Void)
Trickbind: I feel like in this deck it is a no-brainer. It punishes people who play to many fetches, (the ability can be used to Stifle a fetch land) it slows down Tron by stopping it from searching with Expedition Map and stopping Relic of Progenitus's effects. It pretty much stops anything that stops what I'm trying to do, and split second is nice!

Let me know what you guys think, I will be playing this deck in a tournament here soon and I will post the results.

Deck discussion for Modern-To Infinity and Be Tron

I playtested this deck at a tournament tonight for the first time and I won it! This is the first tournament that I was the sole victor (I've tied for 1st once) so I'm pretty stoked.

Match 1 vs Burn: 2-1

Match 2 vs B/G Rock (Redless Jund): 2-1

Match 3 vs Mono Black Devotion: 2-1

Match 4 vs Jund ZombieVine (Lotleth Troll / Vengvine combo): 2-0

So I lost a game versus everyone except the person who beat the most people. I won a play mat that I traded my packs in for because I desperately need one.
