I've always wanted to try out this style of deck. So I went for it right after Avacyn Restored came out. Its been doing alright. At FNM last week it came 2nd in a standard tournament. Most of my opponents were playing aggro humans or reanimator. Those kinds of deck I do really well against as I usually have a healthy supply of fog effects and card draw. The deck that gave this the most trouble was a blue/black/green control. A few well placed counter spells and naturalizes later and there wasn't much I could do against his creatures. As with most turbo fog style decks is that you continuously fog your opponents attacks until you mill them using cards like Rites of Flourishing, Jace's Erasure and Otherworld Atlas. The other non fog type cards are simply there to make the most out of the fog effects by either ensuring that you find them or by putting them back in your library. Other cards are there as removal in case there are any threats that fogging can't deal with.

If you would splash a bit of white, you could have some boardwipes instead of fog, which are cool are think? I'd keep one Karn and add Jace, memory adeptsomething because his glimpse ability is quite good, and since you should have quite a good ramp, it is something you might wanna think about because n your deck he is only 5 mana? Check out my try at a milling deck !! http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=340510
