Skred won the SCG in philly recently which jogged my noggin for a stupid Skred deck that I wanted to build. Here's Skredbond, focusing on maximizing Arc's value.
Get into perfect arc position, however you can. Survive early game with removal and chump servos. Nalaars can get extra value out of all your artifacts, and the rigs can be a very scary 4/4 while the doll is in play. The collar is a potential boardwipe, and helps outpace burn and aggro with mass lifegain potential. Eventually you want to get to a point where you can either Skred a doll or Skredbond any of your collar creatures for game.
