Izzet Skred control deck with emphasis on artifact interactions.
The Skred+Stuffy nonsense is too much temptation, so the deck is based around protecting and looking for Stuffy. Stuffy is so good if you can prevent path, I wish it saw play more. It gets past leyline and slows down aggro decks to a craaaaaawl.I chose Reshape as my tutor, and therefore wanted to maximize artifact interactions, opting for shrapnel blast and the happy couple for dedicated burn, which interacts very well with the (underrated) ichor wellspring. Muddle the Mixture grabs reshape and protects stuffy from paths. Snappy is in to double up on counterspell answers or snag a reshape in late game, and everything else is stall+draw. Etherium sculptor acts sort of as a secondary mind stone, speeding us up to stuffy and acting as a target for reshape (plus free chrom stars are kinda hilarious if he goes unanswered). Collar is in there as a tutor option to spice up nalaar pings and provide constant lifegain from the doll in case of a skred shortage.If stuffy doesn't work, shrapnel blast is a spicy burn option with snapcaster support, and can close out games by itself. Nalaar + Bridge is a decent alternative damage option.Remand and spell pierce are in for the midrange matchup, blood moon and spellskite for control. Haven't seen problems against aggro or zoo with all the cheap removal as well as mainboarding a fetchable ensnaring bridge.
