Cut the quickens and add some ramp to add ponders and brainstorms and a storm finisher.

Kaboom to Gleemax. Needs work, but I love the idea. Maybe all the blue scrying cantrips and dig through time to set it up right. If nothing else, get some brainstorms in here.

Whip doesn't work, when you sac, they get exiled instead of hitting graveyard. It is a replacement effect.

Scrap the crap levelers and do this.

While I cannot remember the name, there is a green land enchantment [g}{2} that lets a land tap for a number of forests equal to the number of elves you control. I would suggest some of those, and the 1 mana elf that has trample. Maybe you could ditch an Eladamri and the lylanwars because you should already have loads of mana flowing in.
Also consider the (Damn how names can I forget) sorcery for [g][g][4] that draws cards equal to the number of creatures you control.

Im afraid it is not legal to have 3 izzet guildgates. Sorry buddy.
And sideboard must have 15 cards even if you never use some of them.
