ok, so here are my thoughts. you are too unfocused. you should drop the enchantments that tap creatures, and the leyline. you have no real need for them. Mana web, rhystic study, and frozen aether give enough of that.you should focus more on the mill itself, and how you are going to prevent spells from being played. because if you build/play in anticipation that your opponent is going to have those threats out... then you have failed as a mill and counter deck. Does that make sense?oh, and you really don't need spellbook at all.I KNOW that you can make a more focused deck than this. it kinda looks like you were a kid with a 500 dollar gift card to a candy store and just grabbed one of everything, just to try it out.
