Lands matter in Angry Omnath! You may not even need to attack as your 5/5 elementals trigger Warstorm Surge / Where Ancients Tread.
Early and mid game, you'll want to ramp up to being able to cast Omnath, have some draw or draw filtering available, and control the board to stay alive to the late game. Late game, things can get funky! The primary plan is to use landfall triggers on Omnath with Warstorm Surge / Where Ancients Tread in order to continually Lava Axe your opponents. Your elementals can also be used for getting into the red zone. Failing being able to keep Omnath in play, use your other landfall finishers to end the game - Rampaging Baloths and Avenger of Zendikar. Failing that? Stay alive long enough to dome someone with Red Sun's Zenith more than once. Some combos/synergy in the deck: Burgeoning + Ghost Town for landfall triggers on your opponents' turns; Omnath + Perilous Forays + Warstorm Surge / Where Ancients Tread to finish the game quickly; Omnath + Basilisk Collar to turn Omnath into a lean, mean, assassinatin' machine.

Sacc outlets proved the most valuable part of the deck for me. There were so many times having a Goblin Bombardment or Ashnod's Alter let me just end people 2-3 turns earlier than I would have been otherwise. Both Ashnod's Altar and Phyrexian Altar also go infinite with a landfall token maker (Omnath, Sporemound, Zendikar's Roil, Rampaging Baloths) and Perilous forays on board.Plus then stuff like Tempt with Vengeance and Firecat Blitz (errated to make elemental cat tokens) turn into stupid burn spells.

Thanks for the suggestions. Of your suggestions, I like Goblin Bombardment, Ashnod's Altar and Firecat Blitz. Any thoughts on cards I've included that could be cut? I'm thinking maybe getting rid of Freyalise, Nissa and Red Sun's Zenith.
