Unless you have 3 colors of mana in your hand and at least 1 ramp creature I recommend a Mulligan. Why? Simply put you want to be able to cast at some of the multi colored spells in there because it isn't guaranteed that you will get another mana of the color you want. Beside that it's fairly simple you just want to be able to use the awakening trigger on the spells when you can and Noyan Dar Roil Shaper will put out double elementals every time you cast a spell (this only applies if you cast the awakening trigger.). And in addition to that you can drop your allies and give a whole bunch of abilities and buffs to your team of allies before they attack or block.
