I have never actually made a deck using a playset of each of the urza man lands, so here I go. (I am guessing it will suck but of course you will tell me that!). I thought of using a playset of the best (arguably) cards of each color. I also put a playset of each good creature of each color (trying to do the best make suggestions(a competitive creature))

Like the enthusiasm you have there, but I like to make fun decks now so I don't beat my friends to bad. You can make only so many competitive decks before it gets boring. I am pretty sure this deck could beat most of the stuff you have though. Can't do anything turn one but turn 2 and up it gets better (slowly).
When you flame try to have nice grammer and spell words correctly. Otherwise someone might think your a retarded "niggerfaggot".
