I'd use cultivate instead of rampant growth. It only costs one more but you get an extra land. Also, infiltration lens' allow you draw a lot more cards than harmonize in theory. I don't care for chain reaction either as you don't really have a creature heavy deck. I don't feel like theres enough conditions for you to win with this deck
