OMGthis looks quite rediculous (in a crazy good). You might need an additional mana dork or 2. I don't think you want to sit around until turn 3/4 doing nothing when not drawing into birds. And if you need some protection I would add Cabal Therapy. It's the first relentless rats deck I've seen that I actually like and that actually looks very strong.

I could see swapping out a few of the duals for more fetches and running some Deathrite Shaman... It also wouldn't hurt to include some protection but all of that would be added after testing.
