Jalira's the commander. Too many cards? Idk. EDH is 101card format.
EDH is a 99 card deck plus your commander.Also if Jalira is the commander you can have only blue cards/lands.
In rules that I've read that this format is 101card (100+commander).Then there is a little promblem that i don't have enough cards for only blue and I don't have any of R/U legendaries. So I will talk to friends and try to excuse this.
Nope your commander is the 100th card.We normally put him in the sideboard jsut so it's clear who the commander.Yeah I'm just letting you know the rules, not trying to be a dick.Was just commenting to the part you wrote about "Any rule/deck suggestions welcomed."Also you should build around her ability so try to accquire blue/artifact cards that can produce tokens.Then get some beefy creatures you can polymorph them into.Cards you should look for:PolymorphMass polymorphand then token/draw spells.

Well thanks for help. :) I'll definitely try this. :) My idea for this deck was counter/shooting. That legendary is here just because it's needed and its my only free legendary.
If you want a counter burn deck try to nab a Nin, the Pain Artist.(if you use her to damage your own creatures you get to draw the cards, industructible cards like stuffy doll work well with this idea.)And np, EDH is a fun format, always good to get new players.Just don't get discouraged if your friends stomp you for a bit haha. It will happen with a newer deck.
sounds good, but its far from me. :) After finishing my gruul bloodrush I will concentrate my money and time into tjis deck. :) Now, because Im student, i dont have much money, so upgrades of my deck have to wait.
