basically building up small rats copying pack rats and sacking some if you need life. Also can make others attack when your rats have deathtouch.

Instead of Launch party I would go for either doom blade or hero's downfall. Both have a lower mana cost. I would also sideboard in dark betrayal for other black decks.
launch party is actually for sacking tokens to gain life if needed but the dark betrayal is an idea
I think Temple of Deceit would serve you far better than Temple of Silence.
I know the card is a little pricey but, Mutavault works awesome with Pack Rats, beefing them up if needed for blocking or attacking.
