A super cheap deck you could make if you wanted to give the whole infect thing a try, but not spend real money on anything. Wouldn't do well in any competitive play, but hey. It's like $10.

most times ppl use fast decks for infect, take a look at mine, you can turn it to budget removing some few expensive cards like the lands http://www.mtgvault.com/educn07/decks/turn-2-infect-fast-kill/
