A simple Myr deck revolving around Semblance Anvil. Use Semblance Anvil with any artifact creature to reduce all costs by 2 (and possibly by 4 if you have 2 anvils). Then, basically all your artifacts are free to cast!

Why thank you XDIt's probably because Myrs can provide a lot of mana ramp by themselves anyways (I just like having safety) that people rarely play green with them :)
