This deck is a clone of Molten Vortex Too by mongomon where I removed some cards that weren't key, and made the deck $21 from $150! It's also ALMOST budget, being $21, with budget being technically under $20. It really hurts to be this close to being budget, but not being budget? Get your Vortex out (preferably turn one) and a few lands. Then proceed to burn lands as fuel to deal damage. Cast Days Undoing whenever you need a fresh hand. Use Dig to pick cards you need and exile lands to make your deck more consistent. Jace just helps.
