Some madness decks use madness as a way to get out creatures quickly. This is totally different, as it uses madness to pay costs and still cast the creatures.
Just discard on cards like Olivia, Markov Dreadknight, and Call the Bloodline. Then use cards like Falkenwrath Gorger to easily pay the madness costs. Kilitas rewards you for killing creatures, and Chandra's just great.
