I realize u are going for cheap costs, but the splash of red seems entirely not worth it. Also all your creatures have sac abilities but im not seeing any cheap creatures that would be worth sacrificing. And 22 of your playable cards cost 3 or more mana without any sort of mana ramp, which means your draws are going to be very iffy. Its a cheap deck with a theme, but im not sure how u got 7 likes without anyone pointing this out :p

Falkenrath Noble instead of Markov Patrician. Kalastria Highborn instead of Child of Night. Also Do or Die is mega powerful in decks of this style

Interesting idea and cheap deck but could maybe use other cards to make sacrificing your own things more worth wild. I made a self-sacrifice deck a while ago. Link is http://www.mtgvault.com/walolas/decks/rakdos/ There you can see I used cards like Altar's Reap to maintain card advantage while my creatures like Black Cat or Goblin Arsonist performed more actions along with the cards they were sacrificed for to hurt the opponent more so along with blood artists.

hahaha...ha... ha... whoa dude, that's mah numba brah. first of all tho, this deck needs lots of help, add 4 blood crypts, and 4 dragonskull summits, or badlands, or graven cairns or rakdos guildgates whatever, anyway also bump yourself up to 24 lands, this is a very high mana curve deck. so i'd also consider cards like farseek or some sort of mana accel so you could add rakdos keyrune. otherwise, it's not necessary. in anycase. good luck with the deck hope I was of some help.

Innocent Blood would go well with this. Your mana curve is high. Add a few more lands as deathtyrant5000 said.

screw it! replace red with green and add Death's Presence, Rancor, and Boundless Realms. make it about 18 swamp to 7 forest. and if you want to sac your creatures then add an Elixir of Immortality. also Markov Patrician and Child of Night don't even fit in this deck. Its like you put them as your only source of life. and the only card that specifies YOUR creature has to die is Bloodflow Connoisseur because of sacrifice, the rest say "whenever A creature dies." Use creatures that will keep coming back like Dark Revenant, Reassembling Skeleton, and Gravecrawler. Also, use more sacrifice friendly cards like Sadistic Glee, Grave Pact, and Demonic Appetite. :D

As some already mentioned, you have far too many Mountains (I would play 8 duals, 1 mountain and 15 swamps) Its questionable why play red at all only because of Arsonists (i would not).Also, go man-mode and play Smallpox instead of Innocent Blood. :-)

I played around with the idea of multi colored sacrifice. In my opinion mono black is the best way to go. I have one that works similarly. I highly recommend grave pact. Also that plus a way to instant speed sac your own creatures helps keep your opponents board clear. for a few more ideas take a look at mine. I also agree with the previous poster that mortivore would be better in a deck like this. Hope it helps.
