Yuriko, the Tiger’s Shadow commander deck. Pretty budget with a lot of ideas gathered from other similar decks.
Your goal is to use your unblockable weenies to attack and then ninjutsu you’re other ninjas in, and most importantly Yuriko, to trigger her ability and smack everyone for high amounts of damaged by stacking the top of your library with high cmc cards. There is also cards that remove and return creatures so that way you can keep putting Yuriko back into the command zone and ninjitsu her back in over and over without worrying about commander tax. The sideboard are possible upgrades that I’ve gathered by looking at other Yuriko decks, from budget to competitive. The land base is very lacking but to be honest I’d rather go cheap with the land base and splurge on the rest of the deck because basic lands will do the job just fine if you’re not playing competitively.
