Really well done! +1Make sure that you actually have lots of artifacts though. Some I could think of are ornithopter and sol ring. Sol ring will especially boost this deck providing all the mana you need. Also, if you would like to, you could just use 4x Shocks instead of 4x Magma Jets, but I suggest you split Shocks and Magma Jets, so:2x Shock2x Magma Jet
Sol ring is good but he would only be able to run one sadly. Also if he is trying to keep it modern then that's another reason. As for shock vs magma jet, magma jet is better because of the scry 2
I tried out the deck in some casual, totally won!!!
