Nomad's Assembly is not a good fit for this deck. Nor is Echo Mage, he's more for a spell-centric deck. Transcendant Master is great of course. The thing this deck is missing is creature protection, umbras umbras umbras! You should rethink your creature choices if you want it to be competitive. Check out my blue/white leveller deck. It's not perfect and I have to change a few things but it could give you some ideas.

I would suggest a Student of Warfare or two, amazing white leveler card. If out there with a Time of Heroes they can be deadly, swinging for 6/6 double strike at least can take out almost any creature, I also agree that echo mage shouldn't be used. And have you considered running any bounce cards, like Aether Tradewinds. It controls their creatures and you get to return Venerated Teacher to your hand, to play him again and give all your leveler's two more counters, or a mana cheaper substitute would be Unsummon or Boomerang. But your deck is looking pretty good.
Bounce is a great idea if you're running the Teachers. Student of Warfare is among my favorite levellers, I still need two more for a playset though... I find training grounds not that great for level up decks. I mean it's a great card and good for the high cost level ups but the best levellers are pretty cheap anyway. I use training grounds for Spawnsire and other crazy stuff like that :P
