Quill Sliver combos well with Venom sliver... Agree on Hive Stirrings.
That it does, though I'm still not fond of the limit of "attack or blocking". Personally I'd include red to use Striking Sliver (first strike) or keeping white and include 2 or 3 Bonescythe Sliver (double strike).
Bonescythe is a beast. And striking sliver is 1mana sliver out there. With mana slivers and sliver land there shouldn't be a problém with adding red (or even blue for flying). At least I would recommend that. Just wanted to guess the reason why FaQfUce added Quilled in here.
