This deck is mono Green Devotion with a splash of red. It also has no RTR block so this deck is mostly for after rotation. However, when Khans of Tahkir comes out i will probably switch a few things. If your looking for a modern version of this deck, try using worldspine worm. Also Garruk, Caller of beasts is a pretty good card because he will let you play a green creature for no cost but, with this deck it wouldn't work because Colossus is colorless. b.t.w The splashed red also gives you removal with heat ray and gives you xenagos. I also was testing this deck and the soul of zendikar seems dumb but gives you an army of 3/3s. This deck is budget but if I could have suggestions please feel free to comment. However because of budget Stormbreath Dragon Will probably not be in this deck. Also, should I run the Soul of Shandalar? Please leave a comment on your opinion.
You should play speedy in game one, in game 2 if aggro, make sure you have a swordwise centaur and a nessian courser in hand to fend off until late game. If your opponent has counter, maybe sideboard 2 terra stompers but again, this is my budget version so i wont have those untill they go down.
