Where's your lure? Lure and Rhox are awesome together.
I'd say don't go for the isochron sceptors, but that's just my limitless furious hatred for isochron sceptors talking.

This is the kind of deck I love to fight: no enchantment destroyers.

That is FUNNY. Throw in two question elementals and the lulz will ascend to even zanier heights.

A good replacement would be copy enchantment with steal enchantment.

Advice? I'm just an amateur, but here's what I'd do / what I think...

I don't see nearly enough win condition here. Scrap Gomozoa, that's what I derisively like to refer to as a "prolonging the inevitable" card. Three mana every other turn to temporarily oust just one of the opponent's creatures, and only if it's attacking? Meh.
The Extractor Demon would be nice if you had three Faceless Butchers to make dance (and a way of getting all four on the field), but by itself it's a ping effect. Just ensures you won't be the loser if it comes to a battle of attrition, doesn't truly ruin the opponent. Not to mention a small minority love it when you put shit in their graveyard for them.
A lot of cards here mill/discard/steal on random chance ("from the top of library") or worse, on opponent's choice (pretty much any forced discard effect). This is excellent when the effect is strong, in the case of Nemesis of Reason (I'd add at least one more of him), but preferable to this is cards that let you decide, like Sadistic Sacrament. Definitely consider replacing Telemin Performance with Bribery. But if this deck's overall strategy is mill, there should also be a Raven Guild Master or two (or four). The Hedron Crabs look like they'd add up, so keep them, but unless you have a way of bringing Augur of Skulls back into play to be sacrificed again, that's a meager ping for his price.
A nice complement to Oona, Queen of the Fae would be Ixidron. Play Ixidron, all other creatures lose their abilities and become 2/2. Then slap down Oona and make them all 1/1s. Though this would unfortunately throw off the groove of the Hedron Crabs.
Now for the lands. A good land that suits your color and strategy is Duskmantle, House of Shadow, but I notice you've got a damage-dealer land in there now. With just one, the effect is ping, but with three more leechridden swamps and a few piranha marshes you could have a nice backup strategy going.
That's all of what I see now, but if you try any of this, let me know how it goes. Good Luck!.
