Looking great!The suggestions that came to my mind are: -Artful Dodge (It can be triggered twice during the same turn if needed.)-Kiln Fiend(It is Nivix Cyclops's little puppy.)-Brute Force(Additional buff up.)

You could remove:-At least one land.-All the Dispels. (You already have Izzet Charm and Swan Song.)-Maybe one Aqueous Form.-Maybe one Mizzium Skin.-Maybe one Guttersnipe.
