Few things, 1st off, you most definitly dont need the multilands for a mono black deck, also you dont need 4 sorins thats a bit a waste as well Replace them with dark rituals, they help pull out vamps faster, as some have hefty costs If you can try and cut out all the unessisary vamps, so you just have a bunch of good ones

I agree with all the comments from PrinceRurisk. You definitely need rituals in a mono black deck and as a vamp deck you are missing feast of blood. I agree with all of the above. Also, think of Bloodghast. He can be a sexy little surprise vs a mill deck and he's always good, no matter what.
