Mana Curve Including Lands

Not sure if it's always been like this (it doesn't seem like it) but I've noticed on some decks, the mana curve includes all the lands at 0. Is this intentional? It's a little screwy to see it that way when it happens.

Seeing this here, if you need an example:
http://www.mtgvault.com/supahsnake22/decks/all-the-polyraptors/
http://www.mtgvault.com/ondrasek/decks/jachymuv-deck/

but not here:
http://www.mtgvault.com/putmaikel/decks/exploring-6/
http://www.mtgvault.com/rumin/decks/mint-chews/

Those were taken from scrolling through the New & Active Decks list, just to find some examples. Maybe this is only happening with newer decks?

I'd be inclined to say I messed something up when importing the lands into the database. Let me have a look
