deck building challenge

rules: you must use the givven cards and the deck must be at least 60 cards,you may not use any cards that are illegal in all formats (tournament i.e. type 2, type 1.5, type 1.X, legacy, extended). you can only post one deck.

must use: palliation accord

competition ends on 6/25/09

how it will be reviewed:
1.how well did you incorperate the given card
2.the general oppinion of the public

pretty simple right.

a little late but im glad so many participated
now we do have a tie. im going to award it to the deck i think is best i havent voted yet because i felt i should be neutral. better yet would gary like to have some in put, i think we all respect his opinion.
if you dont win please dont complian all these decks where put together well and im impressed.
