Magic 2012 & Commander added to database!

It's that time of the year again, I've added Magic 2012 to the database and if you hadn't noticed already Commander went up a week or so ago too! If you spot any problems with the data let me know in here and I'll fix it ASAP.

Current status:

* M12 rarity expansion symbols are homemade so they're not quite right, I'll upload some decent ones once they appear.
* No card images for M12 but we're working on it! [Done]

This isn't a new one, but I actually just noticed that Ashes of the Fallen is classified in the Vault as an artifact creature when it is just an artifact :)

Shell of the Last Kappa is a legendary artifact, but it is classified as a creature in my deck.

Cemetery Reaper has no portrait.
Neither does Sutured Ghoul.
Lightning Elemental is listed as rare.

That's all I could find other than Solemn Simulacrum's text "if this creature dies".

I will break Sundial of the Infinite. This I swear.

None of the "Empires" series (Throne, Scepter, and Crown) have pictures in the database.
