Difficult Mana Base, help please.

Im currently exploring an enduring ideal deck. I've found a very quick manabase for the spell itself and some diabolic tutors for it but unfortunately this doesnt let me hardcast enchantments at all really. The deck currently works pretty damn well.

This build does let me use war's toll and manabarbs as I dont need to tap lands after ideal is played. It's a very specific build actually, with many wincons

would a green harrow/cultivate/explore/BoP base be better overall, if slightly slower? Any other suggestions?

play Solitary Confinement and Form of the Dragon

Mana Vault is a restricted card in vintage and banned in every other format. If you play 1 Sol Ring you should cut the Mana Vault to 1 as well.
