Hey Ransom,

I took a look at your deck and here are some intial thoughts. (These thoughts are only going to apply if this deck is vintage and not standard, taking a look at it currently it looks like this is a standard format deck?)

1) Take out two negates, Stoic Rebuttle and Mana Leak, and just replace with three counterspells. Will only be two mana to counter spells and no requirement needed to guarentee its going to work. Plus this will lower your overall deck size. If you want your deck at the size its at you can stick with four counterspells.

2) Take Gold Myr out and switch for Myr Servitors.

3) Get Rid of Veridian Harvest and Parasitic Implant. Veridian really doesn't fit into the flow of the deck, and Parasitc Implant, although i like it, it's casting cost is too high for the benefit.

4) Take out Pistol Sledge. Take out Glissa the Traitor (especially if you also take out Parasitic implant). By doing this, you will have stripped all black away from deck, and be able to focus more on green/blue.

5) Once black is stripped out, change your land to just your blue and green land. Perhaps consider adding a set or two of Urza's (urza mine, urza powerplant, urza tower) as well as a tolarian acedemy. With your blue artifact theme this will be boku mana for you and with a set or two of urza's it can be good for a well needed mana boost in later rounds.

6) Invest in a "Channel" for green artifact decks, this is devestating.

With the suggestions i made, if you purchased the cards needed to make these changes your looking at about spending $25.00 and thats if you get the tolarian academy, without it you could probably make these changes for under five bucks!
